TARLAC CITY (PIA) -- Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) cited their upcoming major activities in the province of Tarlac.
 
One of these is Diskwento Caravan on Wheels, a trade activity allowing consumers to avail products at discounted prices, which is set to benefit households in Barangay Cristo Rey, Capas on November 18-19, 2021.
 
DTI Provincial Director Agnes Ramirez said residents have the option to request goods prior to the activity. 
 
"Consumers may order goods in advance at their Negosyo Centers or Local Government Units to minimize face to face interactions during the activity," Ramirez said.
 
Also, 3rd in the region, One Town One Product (OTOP) Hub Launching on the last week of November at CityMall Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway. 
 
"This will feature the best products of about 40 Tarlac Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) including the best products of other provinces in the region," Ramirez added.
 
For the holiday season, DTI will hold the Tarlac Christmas Fair for the whole month of December in SM City Tarlac.
 
Ramirez said this was inspired from last year's fair which helped MSMEs in the province earn in total, about more than a million peso sales. 
 
This fair will be in partnership with the Provincial Government of Tarlac and Tarlac Henyo Marketing Cooperative. (CLJD/GLSB-PIA 3)
