Rotary D3770 Guv lauds RC Tug. Rainbow’s community projects

TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan - - Rotary District 3770 Governor Arturo “Art” A. Que lauded the Club Leadership Plan of the Rotary Club of Tuguegarao Rainbow for its plans of action in all the avenues of service and other concerns which may further enhance the operation of the Club during the Governor’s Visit virtual meeting on August 17 here.

“You had an excellent club report of your plans and programs, I just hope we can finish all of these planned projects for the benefit of the community that we serve,” the DG Que said.

District Governor Que has been making virtual rounds to meet with the District 3770 Club’s officers to determine their Club’s state of affairs.

“Choose a project that has a big impact and can be made sustainable as these are based on the community’s needs, and thus, make Rotary as a club more visible,” Que said.

He also lauded the Public Image Plan of the Club for making news stories to maximize the use of social media in the dissemination about Rotary International and the Club for public awareness on the impact to the community about our Rotary Projects.

“The best report I have ever heard. We are people of action, we are living image of Rotary,” Que said.

Que has initially granted the amount of P30,000 from his District Designated Funds (DDF) additional funding requirements for the humanitarian service project of the Club.

Meanwhile, the club committed to having six Paul Harris Fellows and 10 sustaining members in the Annual Fund Contributions for the Rotary Foundation. Paul Harris is a prestigious fellowship given to a member who has donated $1000 to the Rotary Foundation. (JCK/ADS/PIA Cagayan)
