The allowance given to BHWs and BNS was considered after having them rendered 75 days intense field works within a period of 75 days (equivalent to 7 months). Each one of them received P17,045.45 except Brgy. Agos which earlier received the same amount of said SRA.
Meanwhile, BHERTs and BETDs who rendered intense service for 24 days within a period of two months received each an amount of P5,454.55.
The local government headed by Mayor Rodegerio thanked DOH for the opportunities of the health workers to receive such allowance from the national government. According to him, SRA is a great help for the font liners who continuously fight the widespread impact of COVID-19 pandemic.
Mayor Rodegerio said the health and safety of all people especially the health workers would be important as they continuously render services to the community, hence all recipients of SRA were fully inoculated already. (LTC/PIA-OrMin)
