BANGUED, Abra(PIA) -- The Civil Service Commission (CSC) Abra Field Office (FO) is calling all examinees of the canceled Career-Service Examination – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) to get their examination fee refund at their office before the end of this year.
CSC-Abra FO Director Emily Balungay said examinations, both for prpfessional and sub-professional levels, were originally set on March 15, 2020 but had been cancelled due to the prevailing coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic.
Balungay reported that as of August 20, 2021, CSC-Abra FO has already made a total of 472 refunds to registered Abrenian examinees. As per the record of CSC-Abra, there are a total of 1,177 applicants province-wide for the CSE-PPT-1,000 registrants for the professional level and 177 registrants for the subprofessional level.
Those who have not yet claimed their P500 refund can get it at the CSC-Abra FO located at Brgy. Calaba, Bangued in front of the DOST-Abra Provincial Office during office hours.
As of now, there are no schedules yet of face-to-face examinations for the CSE-PPT in compliance with the advisories and protocols of the Provincial Anti Covid-19 Task Force. However, Balungay assured that the Commission will finalize the guidelines for the conduct of the CSE-PPT once restrictions are eased.
