DTI-Kalinga awards starter kits to 25 SMEs

CITY OF TABUK, Kalinga(PIA) - - The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) provincial office here under the  agency’s Negosyo Serbisyo sa Barangay- Livelihood Seeding Program awarded livelihood starter kits to 25 beneficiaries from 12 barangays of  this City.

Beneficiaries from Guilayon, Magnao, Balawag, Lanna, Laya East, Dilag, Bulo, Calaccad, Dagupan West, Bulanao Norte, Appas, and Bantay were also capacitated on entrepreneurial mind-setting.
 
Agnes B. Luda, owner of Hagne Food Products, DTI Kalinga's pride and one of the top local entrepreneurs, inspired the recipients about her enterprise’s success story highlighting the qualities and character she instilled in her mind and heart that led her succeed in her business.
 
The recent turn-over of livelihood kits was attended by the partner local government unit of Tabuk City represented by Henry Gupaal, Executive Assistant to Mayor Darwin C.
