OrMin health workers receive SRA from DOH Mimaropa

CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro (PIA) -- Eligible health workers from the local governments and private sector in the province received their Special Risk Allowance (SRA) from the Department of Health Center for Health Development (DOH CHD) Mimaropa.

During the launching of ‘Bakunado Panalo’ in a virtual press conference held this morning via zoom, DOH Mimaropa Chief Administrative Officer Joselito Padua disclosed that health workers from Oriental Mindoro have already provided SRA totaling to P146,120,113.43 covering September 15, 2020 up to June 30, 2021.

The province of Oriental Mindoro has a total number of 8,386 identified health workers all over the province, eligible to receive SRA.

President Rodrigo Roa Duterte in his Administrative Order No. 36 authorizes the DOH to grant COVID-19 SRA to private and public health workers who are directly providing service to COVID-19 patients during the State of National Emergency. (LTC/PIA-OrMin)
