[Enhance our intelligence because we need to always be one step ahead of them if ever there is someone planning.]
Dela Rosa, who is the Chair of the Senate Special Committee on Marawi City Rehabilitation, shared that the government force was not posted on the event on the ground which the residents already knew was growing and this was noted to be probably due to the lack of harnessing of the information by the armed forces.
