Fully-vaxxed vendors in ZN receive bicycle from DOLE

DIPOLOG CITY, Zamboanga del Norte, Nov. 15 (PIA) - Incentives for fully-vaccinated individuals are made more exciting here especially for vendors who are struggling in this time of pandemic.
 
12 vendors from the cities of Dipolog and Dapitan, and the towns of Manukan and Pres. Manuel Roxas benefitted from the Department of Labor and Employment Integrated Livelihood Program and Emergency Employment Programs (DILEEP).
 
They received bicycles, bike helmet, insulator bag, sweatshirt, vest, Php1,000 load and cellular phone during the "Turnover Ceremony of BikeCination" held recently at the Orchid Pavillion, Plaza Magsaysay, Dipolog City.
 
The initiative was conducted to support marginalized workers, who are fully-vaccinated earned more during the COVID-19 crisis.
 
Local officials from the beneficiary cities and municipalities also attended the event, together with the officials of DOLE-9. (NBE/EDT/PIA9-Zamboanga del Norte/with reports from CIO Dipolog)

Emmanuel Dalman Taghoy is the Information Center Manager of the Zamboanga del Norte Information Center and Executive Assistant for Regional Operations of the Philippine Information Agency IX, the country’s chief information arm under the Office of the President.
