B.O.S.S commences for tax, business permit processing

Trece Martires, Cavite (PIA) – The local government units of the seven cities and sixteen municipalities in the province formally opened their respective Business One Stop Shop (BOSS) programs on the first working day of the year, January 3, 2022.

To safely accommodate their clientele, every LGU has taken up measures such as setting up the BOSS in a more spacious location.

The city government of General Trias re-launched their tax payment system at the 2nd Floor of Robinson's Place in Brgy. Tejero from January 3 to March 30, 2022.

Only 200 applicants will be accommodated per day from 9am to 6pm Mondays to Fridays.

According to Business Permit and Licensing Office (BPLO) head, Romel Olimpo, no walk-in applicants are allowed and compliance to safety measures pursuant to government guidelines will be observed at all times.

Only applicants will be admitted to the BOSS area while clients with special needs such as Senior Citizens, Pregnant Women, and PWDs shall be allowed a companion.

For the second consecutive year, Noveleta LGU opened their Business One Stop Shop or BOSS at the 2nd Floor of Primark Town Center in Barangay Magdiwang.

Mayor Dino Reyes-Chua said, “We made it here once again to give convenience to our local tax payers with ample space for safety in accordance with government guidelines.”

Likewise, the city government of Bacoor used the STRIKE Gymnasium to set up their BOSS program for the whole month of January 2022.

Business permit applications and renewals and other transactions under the BOSS are directed to the Imus Pilot Elementary School in the city of Imus.

Processing of applications and other transactions will be from January 2 – 20, 2022 at 8am-7pm Mondays to Fridays, and 9am -4pm on Saturdays and Sundays to give more time to taxpayers and businessmen clients.

The Trece Martires city government opened their tax payment system at the city hall area from January 3 to 20, 2022 with only 200 persons accommodated daily.

Meanwhile, the Dasmariñas LGU successfully commenced the first day of the BOSS program at the VistaMall-Dasmariñas grounds yesterday, January 3 which will last until the end of this month.
