Dasmariñas City public hospital restricts entry to unvaxxed

TRECE MARTIRES, Cavite (PIA) – The management of the Pagamutan ng Dasmariñas, recently implemented the requirement for the presentation of COVID-19 vaccination card of individuals who need to access medical services and allow entry to the facility.

According to the Public Advisory of the said hospital, regulations allow patients for confinement whether vaccinated or not to be admitted in the hospital as well as children 11 years below who are not yet vaccinated against COVID-19 may enter the facility but their aide, companions, and parents need to be fully vaccinated.

Patients undergoing dialysis in the hospital need to be fully vaccinated though those with partial vaccination shall also be accepted.

Meanwhile, unvaccinated dialysis patients need to show negative RT-PCR test taken every two weeks.

All other individuals who wish to enter the facility or need to access medical services from the Out-Patient Department (OPD), Physical Therapy (PT), ECG, Laboratory and X-Ray will be required to answer the Health Declaration Form at the Triage area and should present their vaccination card.

Persons who remain unvaccinated may present a doctor’s certificate to prove their health condition that restrict them from getting the vaccine.
