RS Baguio Outlet Supervisor Gerard Tolito, in a kapihan forum on Tuesday, announced that since January, all PSA CRS outlet nationwide including those in Baguio City and Bangued, Abra   already adopted the CRS Online Appointment System that can be accessed at https://appointment.psa.gov.ph.

With the   online appointment system, people applying for birth, marriage or death certificate or certificate of no marriage (CENOMAR) can easily book an appointment at any CRS branch   near   them and they can even select the time and date of their appearance, as long as they have the gadget and internet connectivity, Tolito said.

The online system can also inform prospective clients of scheduled or sudden closure of CRS outlet, and provide them flexibility to re-schedule their appointment. It also provides a map for the location of the outlet, he added.

Tolito assured that the online appointment system is compliant to the Data Privacy Act and only requires basic information from its user.

He disclosed that at the CRS Baguio Outlet, senior citizens, persons with disability and pregnant women do not need to book appointment online as the outlet continues to serve them through an express lane.

With still few users of the online appointment system, the CRS Baguio also still accepts walk – in clients but in strict adherence to COVID – 19 the health and safety protocols.
