Guillermo congratulated Radyo Bandera network Chief Executive Officer Doc. Ramel Uy and the station personnel led by manager Amy Berondo for touching the lives of the Capiceños in the past two years.
The PIA official, who was among the guests and speakers of the occasion, also underscored integrity and discipline as important qualities among media practitioners to avoid biases in the practice of the profession.
"I believe that you will always uphold and never compromise the truth while doing your job," she noted.
