Provincial Election Supervisor, Atty. Abraham Asuncion briefed the guests and participants about the new election guidelines and protocols, followed by the simultaneous opening of the courier vehicle and reading of the vehicle’s serial numbers.
The official ballots were checked for their serial numbers and their completeness, by the personnel from the Provincial Treasury Office and Municipal Treasurer's Offices of the six towns before they were turned over to the municipalities for safekeeping until the election day.
Provincial Treasurer Clarabel A. Catu along with the municipal treasurers, representatives from political parties, Partylists Coalitions of political parties, COMELEC, Philippine National Police, Logistics and some Quirinian voters were present to witness the said event. (TCB/PIA Quirino)
