Aside from this, the CEZA's new Corporate Center is already at 97 percent completion.
Cruz said that the center will serve as the official main office of the CEZA as it houses the employees, locators, and investors. Its office in Mandaluyong and Tuguegarao City will soon be transferred to the said building.
"It also aims to improve and standardize all its offices to local regulatory and ISO 9001 international standards to deliver high-quality customer services, improve staff productivity and efficiency towards customer service," Cruz added.
The said building, worth P120 million, was also sourced from the CEZA's corporate funds.
On the other hand, Cruz said that they have also proposed the establishment of a medical center within the business district's new site to cater to patients from Santa Ana town and its neighboring municipalities.
"We are very far from the hospitals in Tuguegarao City so we need to have our hospital here. We do hope to start the construction soon," Cruz explained.
The said projects are parts of the Buil Build Build program of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte.
The CEZA's officials are set to inaugurate the said buildings next month before the end of PRRD's term. (JKC/OTB/PIA Cagayan)
