CABARROGUIS, Quirino (PIA) - - The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) here yesterday awarded check to a Former Rebel (FR) amounting to Php 65,000.00 at the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO).

DILG Program Manager Blessing Grace G. Sagun said the amount covers immediate and livelihood assistance under the Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (ECLIP).

Some four FRs also received financial aid from the provincial government while waiting for their DILG-administered package of assistance.

The awarding of assistance was spearheaded by Program Manager Sagun and LGOO V Carolyn C. Mateo from the DILG; 2LT Judily Ann Bugante and PFC Jo-Ann Mandap from the 86th Infantry Battalion and PSWDO Agaton M. Pagbilao, Jr. & SWO II Lilibeth A. Sampaga from the provincial government.
