DAVAO CITY, June 14 (PIA) - The Department of Social Welfare and Development launched recently a grievance hotline for Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps).

During the Kapihan sa Dabaw at NCCC Victoria Mall, John Ruzcel Sampiano, regional grievance officer of Pantawid Pamilya in the Department of Social Welfare and Development XI, stressed that the 4Ps beneficiaries can ask questions, report anomalies, and air out complaints regarding the program through the hotline mobile numbers.

“We established regional and provincial hotlines with smart and globe numbers for the beneficiaries to easily reach us,” Sampiano said.

He also underscored that the hotline is available Mondays to Fridays during working hours at 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

In the DSWD XI Facebook page, the post noted that beneficiaries should also include in their messages their full name, household identification number for beneficiaries only, complete address, and contact number.

John Edward Magbanua, Davao del Sur provincial link for Pantawid Pamilya, assured the beneficiaries that all the information shared through the hotline will be kept confidential. (PIA XI/ Michael Uy)
