This is the first time that SSS conducted the RACE in the province.

All employers subjected to RACE received a show cause order which they have to respond to within 15 days from the receipt of the notice through availment of the Enhanced Installment Payment Program or the Pandemic Relief and Restructuring Program (PRRP) 3.
It offers more flexible payment terms, ranging from nine to 60 months.
The program will run until Nov. 22, 2022.
“To avoid violations or non-compliance to the SS Law, employers should maintain true and accurate work records of their employees, which include employment records, official receipts for payments of monthly contributions, and loan amortizations,” Solito said.
Benedian, on the other hand, encouraged members to regularly monitor their SSS records which can now be easily accessed online by creating a My.SSS account at www.sss.gov.ph.
