BAGUIO CITY (PIA) -- An I-Apayao engineer is among the topnotchers of the July 2022 Master Plumber Licensure Examination.

The Provincial Government of Apayao congratulated Engr. Aian Chester Condordia Tungpalan for ranking Top 8 in the recently released results of the July 2022 Master Plumber Licensure Examination with a rating of 84.90.

Tungpalan is among the 10 passers out of the 20 examinees of the University of the Cordilleras.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that 1,900 out of 3,705 passed the Master Plumber Licensure Examination given by the Board for Master Plumbers in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena and Tacloban this July 2022.

Tungpalan is also the Top 9 of the May 2022 Civil Engineer Licensure Examination. 

Tungpalan who hails from Poblacion West, Flora, Apayao, was also a recipient of the Congressional Migrant Workers Scholarship Program during his high school days.

Provincial officials led by Governor Elias Bulut Jr. and Congresswoman Eleanor Bulut-Begtang congratulated Tungpalan for his accomplishments in the two licensure examinations.  

They also congratulated Engr. Karlus Paul Tomas of Poblacion East, Flora, Apayao,  a graduate of the University of the Philippines- Los Baños,  for also passing said examination.

The local government unit of Flora takes much pride for meritorious achievements of its two constituents.
