LAMUT, Ifugao (PIA) - -  The Municipal Nutrition Council of Kiangan  dance their way fit  winning the  nutri-zumba dance contest   culminating the  48th Nutrition Month celebration in the province with the theme "New Normal na Nutrisyon, Sama-samang Gawan ng Solusyon."

The contest was participated by participated by nine  MNCs. Mayoyao was not able to attend due to the "Lenong" festival while Banaue has no entry.

As the winner, Kiangan MNC received certificate and P8, 000 prize. Lagawe and Aguinaldo landed second and third with prizes of 6,000 and P5, 000, respectively.

The Provincial Nutrition Council thanked the MNCs for their active participation for the promotion of a healthy community.

“We are enjoining our partners to work hand in hand for efficient and effective Implementation of health and nutrition programs to help address the malnutrition problem in the province,” the PNC stated. (JDP/MBL- PIA CAR, Ifugao)
