DPWH finishes 4 projects in Maria Aurora

BALER, Aurora (PIA) -- Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) finished a total of four projects in Maria Aurora, Aurora.
 
The agency earmarked P27.93 million for these infrastructures under the 2022 national budget.
 
District Engineer Roderick Andal disclosed that among those completed include two multipurpose facilities and improvement of local roads with a total length of 2,132.03 lineal meters.
 
“The newly constructed covered courts were handed over to the local officials of barangays Cabituculan and Sto Cristo and these facilities are now being used to hold community activities,” Andal furthered.
 
Moreover, the paving of a 1,429.05-lineal meter section of a local road in barangay 04 and the concreting of a 702.98-lineal meter section of another local road in barangay Debucao contributed to improving accessibility in these areas.
 
These local infrastructures are among the 178 projects implemented by the Aurora District Engineering Office this year. (CLJD-PIA 3)
