BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya (PIA) - - A women’s livelihood organization in Bagabag town recently established a ‘pasalubong’ shop to promote and sell their products.

The 200-member Timpuyog Iti Babbalasang Idi Kalman (TIBIK) Nueva Vizcaya – Bagabag Original put up the shop in partnership with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

The DTI's Provincial Director, Marietta Salviejo, who vowed their agency’s support, said that the TIBIK Pasalubong Shop is the first of its kind in the province.

“The shop aims to help the members of the association in the marketing and/or selling of their food products,” she said.

Salviejo said the shop, located along the national highway, will house saleable products of TIBIK members from Barangays Pogonsino, Tuao North, and Tuao South in Bagabag town. (BME/PIA NVizcaya)
