CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga (PIA) -- Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) completed a two-storey multipurpose building that now serves as the extension office of barangay Hacienda Dolores in Porac, Pampanga.
The P3.4-million infrastructure, funded under the 2022 General Appropriations Act, was built on a 75.36 square meter lot.
Pampanga 2nd District Engineer Gregorio Audea Jr. said this will help improve the delivery of basic social services to residents. “It can also serve as a venue for various activities that could not be accommodated in its old facility due to limited space,” he added.
Acting Barangay Secretary Teresita Ignacio shared the benefits they received from the completed project.
The implementation of the project is part of DPWH’s ongoing efforts to assist barangay officials in improving the delivery of social services to their constituents. (CLJD-PIA 3)
