CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela (PIA) - - The Isabela Provincial Employees Multi-Purpose Cooperative (IPEMPC) has elected its seven Board of Directors held on September 30, 2022 as provided under the cooperative’s Constitution and By-Laws.
There were nine contenders for the vacant positions but only seven of them were elected during the conducted Annual General Membership Assembly (AGMA) held at the Capitol Amphitheater.
The seven elected BODs were Provincial Administrator Atty. Noel Manuel Lopez, Provincial Social Welfare and Development Officer Lucila Ambatali, Flordeliza Guifaya, Atty. Jenny Flor Cabaddu, Ma. Theresa Flores, Odessa Lachica and Ruben Pagayatan respectively.
Meanwhile, an amendment to the constitution and By-Laws was approved by the body particularly Section 24 to include 2 more BODs but requires submission first to the Cooperative Development Authority.

The BODs in-waiting who were elected were Nonie Baldepenas and Noemi Checa. They will assume their respective posts after CDAs certification on the amendment submitted.
As of September 21, 2022, IPEMPC has a total of 1,369 members, all are Provincial Capitol employees. (OTB/ MGE / PIA Isabela)
