Quirino Police launches Revitalized PNP KASIMBAYANAN

AGLIPAY, Quirino (PIA) - - The Quirino Police Provincial Office (QPPO) yesterday launched the Revitalized PNP KASIMBAYANAN which stands for Kapulisan, Simbahan, at Pamayanan during its flag raising ceremony at the Parade ground, San Leonardo here.

PLTCOL Rafael U. Pagalilauan, OIC, DPDO said that the program aims to strengthen the relationship of the Philippine National Police (PNP) with the community and bring awareness of shared responsibility in contributing peace, order, progress, and even the holistic transformation of the society.

Provincial Director PCOL Rommel A. Rumbaoa says that their strong partnership with the stakeholders is the foundation of the PNP to continuously and unselfishly serve the community.

Meanwhile, Department of the Interior and Local Government Provincial Director Salvacion Z. Baccay, who served as the guest speaker, has stressed the significance of the Revitalized PNP KASIMBAYANAN in strengthening the momentum of change and unity that was initiated in the past months.    

“Malakas ang pagtugon sa krimen kapag ang community ay kasama naten kapag ang partner naten ay ang mismong mga Leaders ay mapapalakas pa ang pagtugon para mapanatili ang kaayusan at katahimikan sa ating community,” Baccay added.

On the other hand, both Jessa Mae Arios, KKDAT provincial president, and Alfredo Balbuena, president of KABALIKAT CIVICOM, vowed to continue and strengthen their joint efforts to promote the camaraderie towards a progressive and peaceful community.

For his part, QPPO Provincial Director PCOL Rommel A. Rumbaoa expressed his gratitude to the stakeholders for giving their steadfast commitment and contribution to the peace, order, and progress of the province.

“Our heartfelt gratitude to all the participants, partner agencies of the PNP and the community who remain to be a strong ally of PNP. Our enduring partnership has been the bedrock of our inspiration to continue serving our communities unselfishly,” PD Rombaoa said.

The program was also highlighted with the recital of pledge of commitment, covenant signing and ceremonial Pinning of KASIMBAYANAN PNP buttons.

The activity was also attended by Nasser Abubacar, President/Imam, Muslim Community, Albab Mudah, President/Imam, Maddela Chapter, and Pastor Rene I. Honorio, Provincial Life Coach. (TCB/PIA Quirino)
