The Police in Davao Region gets very high ratings in MinDA survey

DAVAO CITY (PIA)—The Police Regional Office XI takes pride in the result of the research work conducted in May 2022 by the Mindanao Development Authority (MinDA) citing a very high rating in terms of respect, trust and safety index.

Police Major Eudisan Gultiano, spokesperson of the PRO XI bared that as to the respect index the PRO XI got 90 percent, trust index rating 91 percent while in terms of safety rating 92 percent.

She said most of the residents in Davao Region reveals that the policemen are respectful, trustworthy and feels they are safe here.

Gultiano underscored the the kind of assessment by the people in Davao Region where they feel very safe, because they trust and respect their policemen.

“The rating speaks for the situation in Davao Region, where generally we are peaceful and safety,” she said.

Gultiano said the survey was done randomly from the people from all walks of life in Davao Region.

She disclosed that the research was done scientifically, making it a point that the respondents were not members of the Philippine National Police but basically, ordinary civilians.

“We take pride of the results of the survey.  In fact, cum laude kami pagdating sa public trust, respect and safety of Davao Region,” Gultiano said.

The Police Regional Office XI is currently under the leadership of Police Brig. General Benjamin Silo, Jr. as the regional director.  (PIA XI-Joey Sem G. Dalumpines)
