Department of Public Works and Highways-Cordillera Regional Director Khadaffy Tanggol, the event’s guest of honor and speaker, together with PRO-Cor Regional Director Mafelino Bazar and members of the Command Group presented the awards to the following:
 
Best Senior Police Commissioned Officer (PCO) for Administration-PCol. Freddie Lazona, Regional Logistics Research and Development Division (RLRDD); Best Senior PCO for Operations- PCol. Glenn Lonogan, Regional Personnel and Records Management Division (RPRMD); Best Junior PCO for Administration-PLtCol. Cirilo Butigan, Jr., Benguet Police Provincial Office (PPO), and Best Junior PCO for Operations- PLt. Ruben Balanoy, Kalinga PPO.

Best Senior Police NonCommissioned Officer (PNCO) for Administration- PEMS Philip Emocling, RPRMD; Best Senior PNCO for Operations-PEMS Charity Loida Guzman, Abra PPO; Best Junior PNCO for Administration- PSSg Florence Bacani, RPRMD. and Best Junior PNCO for Operations- PSSg Shanybell Banson, Kalinga PPO.

Best Non Uniformed Personnel Supervisory Level- NUP Amelita Icarangal, Regional Comptrollership Division, and Best NUP Non-Supervisory Level-NUP Mary Jean Bañaga, RLRDD.

 
Meanwhile, the unit awardees received a plaque of recognition and PNP Distinction Streamer, and all personnel of the units will receive Medalya ng Kasanayan.

The awardees are:  Best Police Provincial Office- Benguet PPO;  Best City Police Office- Baguio CPO; Best City Police Station- Tabuk CPS ;Best Municipal Police Station-Tuba MPS ;Best Regional Mobile Force Battalion- RMFB 15; Best Provincial Mobile Force Company- Mountain Province PMFC; Best City Mobile Force Company- Baguio City MFC; and   Best Regional Operational Support Unit- Regional Highway Patrol.

Special Awardees are the   144th Special Action Company, 14th Special Action Battalion and Special Action Force.

Regional Community Affairs Development Division Chief PCol. Byron Tegui-in underscored the duty and responsibility of the PNP which is to serve and protect.
He emphasized that as public servants, the police shall live up to the expectation entrusted to them by the people, taking into their heart their solemn oath which is to serve and protect.
 
"It is with high hopes that every man and woman of Police Regional Office Cordillera, especially to the strong personnel of this region, may be inspired and find wisdom to give the utmost service to the Filipino people and at the same time, move forward to achieve more accomplishments and good deeds that we should write in another chapter of the Philippine National Police," he stated.
