During the briefing, the CAGPIO members who presented their programs, projects and updates were Philippine Coconut Authority, Bureau of Internal Revenue, Commission on Elections, Department of Agrarian Reform, Department of Trade and Industry, Philippine Coast Guard, Philhealth, Philippine Statistics Authority, Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, Department of Science and Technology, TESDA, Office of the Provincial Agriculturist, Bureau of Fire Protection, Government Service Insurance System, PAGIBIG, Department of Public Works and Highways - Capiz 2nd Engineering District, Capiz Police Provincial Office, National Food Authority, Capiz Electric Cooperative and Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office.
The National Bureau of Investigation and Department of Environment and Natural Resources also joined the activity but they dispensed with their presentation and solicited only the concerns of the participants for their office.
An open forum followed the presentation to clarify the barangay officials querries with the concerned government offices.
The Hinun-anon was also graced by Sigma vice-mayor Christopher Andaya and Sigma councilor Esperedion Pelaez.
