BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya (PIA) - - The Department of trade and Industry (DTI) has conferred business excellence award to 19 establishments in the province.
The DTI awarded the Bagwis Seal of Excellence to the K-1 Enterprises, NV Alay Kapwa MPC, Philippine Christian Literature Inc., Save-on Foods Supermarket, Consumers Automotive Center Inc., Pandayan Bookshop in barangay Calaocan and Pandayan Bookshop in barangay Banggot and JNM Auto Shop all of Bambang town; Pandayan Bookshop and JNM Auto Shop in Bayombong town and the Pandayan Bookshops in barangays Poblacion South and North, National Bookstore Inc. (Abacus) , all of Solano town and the Prime Autoshop Sales and Services, and Ecosaver Minimart.
DTI Provincial Director Marietta Salviejo and Consumer Protection Division Chief Rowena Mayangat awarded the Bagwis Seal of Excellence to business establishments during the culminating activity of the Consumer Welfare Month Celebration last month.
This award was given in recognition of the business establishments’ valuable efforts in upholding consumer rights and in ensuring that consumers get the best value for their money through practicing responsible business.
"Congratulations to all of you. Aside from being a symbol of the exemplary performance and initiatives that you have all carried out, let this award also be a challenge to all of you to maintain or even improve these practices and become role models in the business world," Salviejo said.
