LAGAWE, Ifugao (PIA)--Social Welfare Assistant Elena Otgalon of the Provincial Social Welfare Development Office (PSWDO) shared their services, activities, and accomplishments in celebration of the 30th National Children’s Month during the Hummangan with PIA radio program over 99.1 Radyo Kiphodan here.

Otgalon said among the activities of  the PSWDO was  the conduct of  a training workshop on Family Encounters which focuses on strengthening family relations in the municipality of Tinoc. During the training, the parents and their children were able to share their feelings and build open communication between them.

The training was an opportunity for the children to express their feelings to their parents and for the parents to have a better understanding and relationship with their children, she said.
