VIGAN CITY (PIA) — Pag-IBIG Fund offers clients with exclusive discounts and rewards plus the convenience of a cash card through one card, the Loyalty Card Plus. 

Any Loyalty Card Plus holder may enjoy offers such as 5% discount in McDonald’s for a minimum purchase of P200, which applies only for food purchases up to P500 and is valid for dine-in or take-out. 

Among their other national partners are 2Go Group, Inc., Home Depot, David’s Salon, HBC, Human Nature, Puregold, Rusty Lopez, Vision Express, and Petron.

In Ilocos Sur, cardholders may avail discounts from local partners of Pag-IBIG Fund such as the Metro Vigan Multi-Purpose Cooperative Hospital, City of Candon Hospital, Northside Doctors Hospital, and Dr. Hipolito A. Resonable Memorial Hospital with varying discounts on bills, room accommodation, laboratory expenses, and others.

Analiza Jamandre, Pag-IBIG Fund Vigan Branch marketing officer, said in the recent Ammuentayo radio program that the card which was formerly the Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card was upgraded with additional features such as an EMV chip that ensures transactions are secure.

She mentioned, “It is easy to get a Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus, as long as clients have at least one contribution and if they are actively paying, they can avail one immediately from any of the branches.”

The card can also be used to receive the proceeds of the Pag-IBIG Multi-Purpose Loan, MP2 savings dividends, and other benefits. 

Likewise, it can be used to withdraw cash from an ATM, or used as a cash card when shopping.
