Next year, COMELEC-Laoag plans to hold satellite registration spots on the different barangays in the city to bring registration closer to residents, especially senior citizens, people with disabilities, youth, and other vulnerable groups.
For new registrants, they need to submit their birth certificate, vaccination records, and any valid identification card where their date of birth is stated.
For transfer of residence, registrants must present their birth certificate, any valid ID where their date of birth is stated, and certification of residency.
