New CENRO Naguilian chief assumes post

CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela (PIA) - - The new Community Environment and Natural Resources Officer (CENRO) in Naguilian has assumed his post after a formal turnover ceremony held last week.

Engr. Proceso S. Canapi was installed by Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) 2 Director Gwendolyn Bambalan.

Canapi replaced CENRO Rolando Siggayo who retired from government service.

The turnover of leadership aims to ensure the continuity and smooth flow of operations of the office and in the execution of the DENR’s mandate in its area of operations.

Bambalan, on her part, assured that the newly installed Officer-In-Charge of CENRO Naguilian will perform his duties and responsibilities in the delivery of programs, projects and services of the department.

Meanwhile, Canapi expressed his thanks for installing him as the OIC of CENRO Naguilian and he assured that the trust and confidence given to him will be paid off with utmost sincere service to their agency's clientele.

Canapi urged his fellow employees to work together and asked for their support for the achievement of the many tasks assigned to them.
