The operatives confiscated/seized from the direct possession of the unnamed suspect one piece of One-Thousand-peso paper bill (marked money), one unit motor star 125 CC color black with sidecar, one unit android Oppo cellular phone, one unit Realme android cellular phone, one unit Nokia keypad cellular phone, two pieces of One Thousand Peso bill and three pieces of One Hundred peso bills and one piece Twenty Peso bill.
“Said physical evidences were properly inventoried and photographed in the presence of the invited required witnesses under Sec.21 Art II of RA 9165 as amended by RA10640,” the Cabarroguis PS reported.
It was further reported that a case of Violation of Section. 5 Article II of RA 9165 was referred at the office of the Provincial Prosecutor against the suspect. (OTB/TCB/PIA Quirino)
