DIGOS CITY, Davao del Sur, Feb. 9 (PIA)-- Members of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency XI in Davao del Sur dismantled a shabu den 9:00 o’clock am, February 8, following a buy-bust operation at Purok Yellow Bell, Barangay Tres de Mayo. A drug den operator identified as Marjon Masaglang alias Boss aged 35 and a resident of the place was arrested by the authorities after he sold a shabu to an agent who acted as poseur buyer.

Six persons who were reported to have conducted a shabu session were also arrested by the authorities.

The PDEA report identified them as Ariel Dosdos, Riza Mae Engco, Lara Mae Lacao, Dionaldo Mamalias Jr., Brian Jay Semborio and John Paul Zamora.

Six pieces of sachets, with a combined weight of 14 grams worth P95,200 were also seized in the operation. The respondents are facing multiple charges relative to violations of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 or Republic Act 9165. (PIA XI – Joey Sem G. Dalumpines)
