This campaign ran from October 2022 to January 2023. It was led by young people and served as the annual social audit for police stations. The goal was to keep the child-friendly efforts and initiatives going so that the city could continue to promote children's rights and welfare.

Oro Youth Development Office Officer-in-Charge Lord Saver D. Centina said that this initiative started in 2015, which was first dubbed as the award for the most child-friendly police station.

"The search was just escalated last year, and we tweaked it to the Seal of Child-Friendly Police Station, believing that all police stations are actually child-friendly," he said, adding that people witnessed the awarding of the One-Star to Three-Star Seal. He is hopeful that next year, CDO will get the 5-Star award.

Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Federation President John Michael L. Seno thanked the police stations for their participation in the search. He recognized their efforts in the promotion of the rights and welfare of children in Cagayan de Oro City.
