LAGAWE, Ifugao (PIA) - - The Public Employment Service Office (PESO) of the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Alfonso Lista received two coveted recognitions and minor awards for providing excellent services to the people for calendar year 2022.

The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Cordillera adjudged anew PESO-Alfonso Lista with Imelda Pascual as the PESO Manager as the best in the province, and also the best implementor of integrated livelihood program of the agency.

In the certificate of recognition signed by DOLE CAR Regional Director Nathaniel Lacambra, Pascual was also cited for her wholehearted and unwavering support to employment promotion in achieving the goals and objectives of employment programs.

 Alfonso Lista DOLE was also awarded as top performer in the following areas: Submission of Reports; Most Number Beneficiaries Reached in Labor Market Information, and the Number of Beneficiaries Reached in Career Guidance and Employment Coaching.

The same awards were bestowed in 2021 by the DOLE for exemplary contributions of the public service office in addressing the needs of the residents of Alfonso Lista in terms of local and overseas employment opportunities.
