CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela (PIA) - - Top officials of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) led the inauguration of the newly-constructed Regional Technical Vocational Education and Training Innovation Center and the newly-completed Provincial Office of TESDA Isabela.

TESDA Director General Danilo P. Cruz, together with Deputy Director General for TESD Operations Aniceto Bertiz III, was welcomed by the TESDA 2 Regional Director Archie Grande, DOLE Region 2 Director Joel Gonzales, TESDA Isabela Provincial Director Vilma Cabrera, and officials from the City Government of Ilagan in their visit in this city.

Cruz said the RTIC, located inside the Isabela School of Arts and Trades, is one of the beneficiaries of the TESDA Learning 4.0 Ready Project which intends to upgrade TESDA Technology Institutions (TTIs) to offer New, Emerging and Advance Technologies (NEAT) that are aligned to the Industry 4.0 requirements of the government.

Cruz also led the inauguration of the newly-constructed TESDA provincial office located at the City Civic Center in Barangay Alibagu, this city.

The newly-constructed building for TESDA Isabela is the first in Region 2 which was completed through the resources from TESDA and various local officials.

Meanwhile, Cruz also led the groundbreaking for the construction of the Isabela School of Arts and Trades Incubation Center.

He said the incubation center in Isabela is the first in Luzon located at ISAT this city(OTB/MGE / PIA Isabela)
