ILOILO CITY (PIA) -- Negros Occidental Governor Eugenio Jose V. Lacson, who is the newly appointed chairperson of the Western Visayas Regional Peace and Order Council (RPOC), called on the member agencies to further their efforts in addressing local insurgency and illegal drugs.
