LAMUT, Ifugao (PIA) - - Seven children diagnosed with heart diseases are the recipients of a recent gift giving activity by the First Ifugao Provincial Mobile Force Company (1st IPMFC) and its Company Advisory Group for Police Transformation and Development (CAGPTD).

1st IPMFC Commander Lt. Colonel Cesar Mallong and CAGPTD Chairman Pastor Jimmy Lachaona led the turn-over of P5,000 cash assistance and assorted goods to the selected beneficiaries from the towns of Asipulo, Hingyon, Hungduan, Kiangan, Lagawe, Lamut and Tinoc.

 Parents of beneficiaries   expressed thanks to the 1st IPMFC and CAGPTD for the assistance to their children.

“We cannot reciprocate the kindness of our police. This amount will address some needs of our children,” the teary-parents stated.

 The 1st IPMFC and the CAGPTD conducted an “Uphill Run for a Cause” in February to raise funds for the needs of   children diagnosed with heart diseases.  This is in line with the M+K+K=K (Malasakit, Kaayusan, Kapayapaan tungo sa Kaunlaran) program of Philippine National Police Chief Gen.
