Trial court building to rise in Tumauini

CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela (PIA) - - The construction of P10 million worth of multi-purpose trial court building will now start in the town of Tumauini after the groundbreaking ceremony conducted on April 12, 2023.

The groundbreaking was led by Mayor Venus Bautista and Vice Mayor Christopher Uy, witnessed by department heads of LGU Tumauini and employees from the town’s Trail Court and other visitors.

Bautista said that Senator Nancy Binay-Angeles granted the request of LGU Tumauini amounting to P10 million for the construction of the trial court building which will be situated at the bar of the municipal hall.

“The LGU Tumauini officials express our deep gratitude for granting our request to fund the construction of a multi-purpose trial court building,” Bautista said.

She said the conceptualization of the construction of the said building was pushed by his husband former Mayor Arnold Bautista, the current consultant on Infrastructure and Development Programs of LGU Tumauini.

She also thanked the Provincial Government of Isabela under the leadership of Gov. Rodolfo Albano III for the continued support to LGU Tumauini in implementing the different programs, projects, activities, and services for the benefit and welfare of Tumauini residents. (OTB/MGE / PIA Isabela)
