LAGAWE, Ifugao (PIA)—The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG)- Ifugao  recently inaugurated  its provincial office building at Cadel, Poblacion South, Lagawe.  

DILG Cordillera Assistant Regional Director Ruperto Maribbay Jr. and Governor Jerry Dalipog led the inauguration and hogop (first entry) of the two-storey building of the DILG at the provincial complex lot. Reverend Father Pablo Lumiwan led the blessing of the building.

Maribbay thanked the provincial government for donating the lot and for their support and assistance in the construction of the said building. DILG Provincial Director Rufina Talusig-Fegcan also shared how the DILG building materialized.

Dalipog shared that the provincial complex lot is also  intended for museum, transport and food terminal, and other related structures.

The sports complex will have an eight-lane track oval and football stadium, multi-purpose building, swimming and diving pools. (JDP/FBR-PIA CAR, Ifugao)
