TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan (PIA) - The provincial government here is all set for the 440th Aggao na Cagayan where various activities showcasing the color, culture and talent of Cagayanos.
Considered to be "one of the best" celebration, its theme is centered on unity and a celebration of excellence of the Cagayano people, Atty. Mabel Villarica Mamba, chairperson of the Steering Committee of the Aggao nac Cagayan, said.
Mamba said all sectors are included in the various activitiesplanned to be staged for the monhtlong celebrations.

With only P7.5 million fund for the month-long celebration, officials ensure that it will be one of the best events for every Cagayanos.
With more than 40 activities, the different facilties of the provincial government in Amulung ,Gattaran, Lallo and Abulug will also serve as venue for the different activities including SM and Robinson's Place.
The awarding ceremonies for the Dangal ng Lahing Cagayano will be one of the highlights of the event as this proves who the Cagayanos are as this event recognizes the exemplary contributions of Cagayanos in their fields.
Atty. Mabel Mamba assures Cagayanos that this celebration is one of the best events staged so far.
"The 440th Aggao Nac Cagayan is more of the same but different with a sprinkling of new and exciting events. It is a simple celebration but full of heart, grit of determination - truly a feast for the senses," Atty. Mamba said. (OTB/GVB/PIA Region 2)
