QUEZON CITY, (PIA)—The Department of Health (DOH) is inviting job seekers
to visit and check out various employment opportunities that they will offer in a the 3-Day Job Fair 2023 as part of their 125th Founding Anniversary.
The job fair is open to all and will take place from June 20-22, 2023, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm at the Convention Hall of the Department of Health located in Sta. Cruz, Manila.
The DOH advised applicants to bring the following requirements:
- Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form No. 2012, Revised 2017);
- Work Experience Sheet (attachment to the Personal Data Sheet);
- Copy of Diploma and Transcript of Records;
- Copy of Eligibility (CS Professional/Sub-Professional, Board Rating, PRC ID, etc.);
- Copy of trainings/seminars attended;
- Copy of latest Individual Performance and Commitment Review (for applicants applying for promotion).
