ARTA officials laud Isabela's ARTA best practices

CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela (PIA) - - Two officials from the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) lauded the Provincial Government of Isabela for its pro-active measures and best practices in the delivery of services to its constituents in compliance to the Republic Act 11032 otherwise known as the Anti-Red Tape Act of 2007.

Atty. Rodolfo Del Rosario and Joseph Louis Carino from ARTA made the positive comment after the inspection and validation at the capitol on June 14, 2023.

Del Rosario said they have seen the provincial government's One-Stop-Shop, updated Citizen’s Charter, unified assistance and complaint desk and wearing of Identification Cards of the employees at all times.

He said they have also seen how compliant the provincial government in the submission of ARTA documents ensuring that all provisions under the law are well complied and observed.

“We will use Isabela’s ARTA compliance and best practices as a benchmark in monitoring other provinces in Northern Luzon,” Del Rosario said.
