“The program is an investment in human capital and part of it being an investment is we make sure that the children which is part of the beneficiaries of the program are compliant in health and education mostly that the member of the household the adults of the household attend the family development sessions,” Cabido said.
For the year, they are looking to process digitization to improve and make processes more responsive.
Cabido said they working with the various academes to achieve their goal.
Also, this year will be the full operation of the KILOS UNLAD case management framework which is being utilized by 4Ps case managers and will lead to the launch of the seven- year transformative learning path.
“This transformative learning path is anchored on family development sessions that will be more relevant in monitoring and guiding our beneficiaries as they exit the program,” Cabido said.
In the region, as of January 2023, there are a total of 161 households identified for exiting or graduation from the program, and with the KILOS UNLAD case management program, these households are ensured that upon their exit there is a minimum risk of backsliding to the survival level of well-being.
