“The festival is a celebration of our town’s culture, heritage, and accomplishments as well as giving inspiration to the Diffunians through recognition and giving honors or “Pammadayaw,” it was stated.
A wide array of activities and entertainment, including colorful parades, cultural shows, beauty pageants, and a showcase of local talents had been prepared to enthrall visitors.
The celebration started with a tree planting activity this morning at the Kawayanan/Reforestation Park in Brgy Aurora West where around 500 seedlings were planted by the LGU employees together with some non-government organizations and national government agencies.
Tomorrow, visitors will be able to witness the Motoventures Challenge 2023, Senior Citizen’s Day, 2023 Motoshow, Color Fun Run, Pammadayaw Talents and Kavoguera.
On July 2, there will be thanksgiving service to be followed by the launching go Nutrition Month, Fastest Crawling Baby contest, Batang May Laban (Mother and Baby Tandem), Best Preggy Tiktokerist, Laro ng Lahi & Dog Show and the SK & Barangay Night featuring Balligi ti Kailyan awarding and recognition of graduating barangay officials.
The last day will be highlighted with the grand parade and closing ceremonies, Mass demonstration, Jollibee Invasion, Draw Lots of scholars, raffle draw and the Night of Glamour & Fame (LGU Employees Night)
