GATTARAN, Cagayan (PIA) - Members of the LGBTQIA+ community and Vynz Landholdings One Person Corporation (VLH OPC) give back to Mother Earth through an Adopt a Tree Growing Area program held in Nassiping Reforestation Project in Gattaran, Cagayan recently in support of the Aggao Nac Cagayan celebration.
With an area of 1.5 hectares, about 1,250 narra seedlings were planted in an area where there are more spaces for new trees.
The group assured to continue to partner with the Provincial Government of Cagayan to ensure the sustainability of the project.
Warren Gumabay, a vlogger, said it was a joy and a fulfillment with his peers contributing something to nature.

For Jhon Abad, a teacher, said they are happy to do something for the environment and to serve as inspiration to the young individuals.
Meanwhile, VLH OPC Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Hedelvine Antonio Reyes brought more than a hundred salespersons in her company to participate in the noble endeavor.
"As the company recognizes and believes that the immense blessings and multitude of opportunities are given by Mother Earth, it is but proper to give back and show our gratitude," Reyes said.
The LGBTQIA of Tuguegarao City headed by its president, Christian B. Cabalza, together with the PNP Regional Command and VLH OPC assure to maintain the area until narra seedlings planted will grow. (OTB/GVB/PIA-2)
