The 65  children are from barangays Santor, Liwan West, Babalag West, San Pascual, and Anonang  which are  the pilot areas of the  project which was  launched last February 10, 2023.

The program was funded by the DOH and downloaded to the provincial government thru the Provincial Health Office for implementation.

Mayor Karl Bugao Baac acknowledged the Provincial Nutrition Council for identifying  Rizal as beneficiary area of the feeding program. He assured continuing support to any government undertaking coordinated with their LGU.

The ceremony  featured various  presentations and awarding of prizes to winners of  Nutrition Month contests. (JDP/LL-PIA CAR, Kalinga)  Photo courtesy: PHO Kalinga)
