PINUKPUK, Kalinga(PIA)  --  Personnel of the   Pinukpuk Municipal Police Station now have a wider  and healthy  workplace with the inauguration of  the  new Pinukpuk  police station at Barangay Taga.

Police Regional Office-Cordillera (PROCOR) Chief BGen David K Peredo Jr led other government officials in the inauguration of the P5.7 million-worth Standard Type “B/C” Pinukpuk MPS  building on July 12, 2023.

“This will provide a presentable and decent workplace to help boost the morale of the men and women of PNP, ” Peredo said.

Peredo acknowledged the unwavering support of the province and municipal government of Pinukpuk  to  the Kalinga police as he assured that  the PNP will provide the public with the quality services they rightfully deserve.  

He  told the  police to continue  serving  as frontline instruments of peace and order giving high regard to quality peace service and to carry-on the motto, “Unified police service, humble, disciplined and professional.”

The community offered  indigenous thanksgiving rituals “songa”   and  performed cultural presentations during the inauguration.
