Ayon kay MMDA Chairman Romando Artes, malaking tulong ang lagay ng panahon sa pagpapabilis ng repairs at paglalagay ng aspalto sa bus lanes ng EDSA.

Dagdag pa ni Artes, tagumpay nilang nailatag ang stop-and-go traffic management plan dahil sinunod ng mga drayber ang alternate routes, at ang iba ay nanatili na lang sa kanilang bahay para hindi dumagdag sa trapiko. (pia-ncr)
